The Mockingbird Foundation is a non-profit organization founded by Phish fans in 1996 to generate charitable proceeds from the Phish community.
And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
In fact, they probably sound so tight on Sand because they (or maybe just Trey) listened to whatever was telling them in their heads it was time to move on.
This isnt just semantics either. This is an important distinction that lots of people don't get and this video is a good example of it.

I also have to say that it would be AWESOME if this video were captured from a different perspective...perhaps from the fan's perspective. I hear they are being assholes about that kind of thing, though. It's too bad.
